French Patisseries Demonstration

Laetitia of Bonjour Traditional French Patisseries will be conducting a special demonstration at the Alliance Francaise.

On the night, Laetitia will demonstrate 4 different Traditional French Patisseries including Chocolate Choux Pastry, Coffee Choux Pastry, Mini Vanilla Slice & Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts or Flans.
Naturally there will be a tasting at the end of the presentation for all participants.
Laetitia also runs cooking classes and she will be able to provide some additional information for everyone on the night.
Please remember numbers are limited to 20 people, so advise your teacher as soon as possible.
